My mither used to prepare biryani with dalda vanaspati it tastes good when the rice is hot. but after sometime when this fried rice cools down, the rice used to become thickand it used to be difficult to chew and swallow. so, she startes cooking biryani with vegetable oil.
according to me dalda vanaspati oil is best suited for preparing sweets. it is affordable and possese good quality and taste. but when health is conserned it is not at all good for your body. I would recommend something that is better than this like refined oil or olive oil
