Welll as for as vaaspati ghee is concerned.....
dalda is the best one.........with least fat........
i will say... that this vaaspati ghee is somewhat
costly with trespect to other vanaspati present
in the market... but though u can’t compromise with your health.. so some what costly thing would be immaterial fo you..
well this vanaspati has least fat.......
other vasaspati also promise for the same..
but thats not the case.....
but dalda has what it promise to you...
so go for dalda always......
