NEVER EVER ORDER FROM DALE’s EDEN for any important occasion.
I order a cake for my son’s first birthday, which was to be delivered by 6.30pm. Till 8pm there was no sign of cake and we kept calling and they kept lying to us saying cake is dispatched by 5.30pm.
All the guest had arrived and no cake.When we called Eden and told our guest have arrived they quoted KEEP THEM WAITING.
Finally cake arrived at 8.30pm and and they did not even put the details we had asked. They charged me separately for a fondue baby and created a ugly looking big boy.not matching the details mentioned during the booking.
Never ever will I make the mistake of ordering from.
Bad service and arrogant working team.
