Daman is directed by Kalpana Lajmi, and set to music by Dadasaheb Phalke awardee Dr Bhupen Hazarika.The setting is Assam.Sayaji Shinde plays husband to RAVEENA TANDON .There is this man who brings home Rav’s character home as bride.To the best of my limited knowledge the marriage is the second attempt at matrimony.Shinde has a brother played by PMKK boy Suri.He is sympathetic towards his bhabi.There is a daughter played by Raima, and her love interest is ’’Musu Musu’’ Shaan.The story revolves around what defines marital rape, and what ensues in such cases.As before the director is probably making this story bearing in mind the psychology of Raveena’s character.
