First of all I suggest please dont buy any furniture from Damro. Dont fall into the trap of their affordable price strategy. They will not reduce even a rupee but deliver the furniture at their own time. They provide you a time and make you wait. They never turn up for delivery. When you escalate right from the working staff till upper management are deaf ears.
For them customer means nothing and they’re bothered about their own pockets. Two days I had to take leave and wait for my furniture to arrive, it was delivered on day 3. They didnt even compensate a rupee for their delay.
The staff is arrogant and dont respond to any calls of the customers. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Another sofa I bought from them was delivered 3 months later against original 1 month they committed on. Finally when it arrived it was the wrong color. PATHETIC! WORST!. Words cant describe
