Its not big deal to buy a product in best deal or discount. Many of us missed to notice their background of post sales service. Its better to know about even their service.
A year back, I have purchased a MDF cot from Marathahalli branch. Within 9 months, the center layer plywoods started bending due to small design fault. It disappointed me very much. I started worrying that how long am I going to chase these people where now a days almost everywhere getting expected post service is a really troublesome job. I approached the same sales person who I am dealt with, but he moved to other branch and given reference of his colleague ’Rajesh’. Really I have to make a point about his quick service & fix.
Very surprisingly with couple of follow-ups, He reacted well and short period he given me a replacement for damaged portion. Also their products are generally a value for money especially fits well into middle & upper middle class budgets.
I wish them to continue the same service.
