Damro was a welcome change after a bad experience with Royal Oak. Not only did I get the furniture delivered at the promised time, they also replaced a single seater sofa when I pointed out a minute teeny tiny hole in the leather. Thumbs up to the straightness with which they deal with their customers. I honestly didnt expect them to but they just walked their warranty talk and I just had to write this review.
Coming to the other aspects, the sales person at the show room was just ok, not too earnest to sell but just helpful enough, which is both good and bad. There was quite a bit of variety at the show room. The prices are slightly expensive but still competitive enough to other similar stores. Given their customer service and the quality of their products, I honestly dont mind paying the slightly expensive prices. I would definitely check out Damro for my next furniture before I visited any other store. The only other store which had appealed to me as equally was Ekbote furniture. They were also quite straight in their dealings and responsive to my complaints.
We had bought a couch set from Royal Oak for 35K just last year and the leather started peeling off in just a couple weeks. There was no warranty and we were helpless. So the experience with Damro was a welcome change.
