This movie is based on the real story of mahaveer singh dogat
who belongs to a village of haryana and a wrestler of his time , but due to family problem he was not able to continue his wrestling so he decide to that he will teach dangal to his son but had 3 girls back to back. After that he decided to training his girls an later he will be able to do this and his daughter took gold in wrestling.
