It is the story of Mahavir Singh Phogut who put hard efforts to make their daughters Geeta and Babita as Pride of India in Wrestling Competition( Dangal is Hindi meaning of Wrestling Competiton). Now not only Cricket is favourite sport in India. After Olympics other sports like Badminton, Hockey, Archery and Wresling also becoming popular as there are talents in India in this field. But due to lack of financial condition and motivational support by government, their talents are not coming out. But still some are extra ordinary who build their name by their own. Which is not easy at all and requires tremendous practice and sacrifice. In such talents, parents plays big role as role model who identify the skill of their kids and put hard efferts to sharpen them. This is the main theme of the story. As Amir does, put perfection in role of Mahvir Singh and put up weight for the same. It seems perfect entertaining movie with great motivational message to society.
