Amir khan in the film is the right masala for the success of the movie.The movie is based of the real story of mahaveer phoghat and his two daughters who made India proud in the olympics. The film shows how a determined person and far sighted person who could see his champions of future in their daughters and started training them from childhood. He used to be a strict trainer in the day and a calming father in the night. Haryana is a state where the male and female ratio is very bad where the female are in less number compared to their male counterparts. In that state mahaveer phoghat had four daughters and he after his marriage always wanted a boy child and thus tried every method possible as suggested by elders to have a son. But all methods were unsucessfull and he always had a daughter. He had lost all hopes as he wanted a son who could fullfill his dreams for a olympics medal for India. But when he saw his daughters could compete against boys he started training his daughters. He took them to every competions in his state and made his daughters fight boys and his daughters also won every race. Then after the girls grew up the elder one was selected for the nationals and had to leave her state and go to Delhi for training where she started to get training from a different trainer who made her feel that whatever her father taught was a waste in the real world. So she started learning the new tricks and become arrogant and when she went for the first time after training to her village she had a duel with his father as well which she won as her father had grown weak and old. But later she realises her mistake and starts to train from her father. After few days even the smaller daughter joins the national academy and slowly slowly both the sisters learn techniques to fight and maintain their fitness and finally win the medals for India. The movie is picturised perfectly with every comedy and patriotic scenes mixed perfectly and even the emotional scenes make you emotional.Everyone should watch the movie.
