An inspirational movie with a beautiful real life experience message, that be a one track mind when it comes to your ultimate goal and have a clear vision about it, because world never remembers who came second.
PLOT- Aamir khan as Mahavir singh phogat, who was forced to give up wresting for some presonal reasons wanted to give birth to a baby boy to achieve gold medal in wrestling, unfortunately, rather I would say fortunately, his wife gave birth to girl child(babita and geeta). he realises one day that boy or girl doesn’t matter what matters is gold for India. and then he starts training babita for it. babita later joins an institute and looses her single tarck mind and finds he dad’s techniques clapped-out. but mahavir singh being an excellent father and a trainer too, keeps on training her daughters in different manners by contradicting her official trainer. and proves his metal to the world.
CAST- I would say that the cast could not have been better for the movie. geeta and babita have played phenomenally well despite of being a new comers. even the child role were amazing, especially girish kulkarni as coach pramod kadam.
SOUND TRACKS- goosebumps getting sound tracks which so many inspirational lines and phrases, every single song is special for me and is most played in my playlist.
CINEMATOGRAPHY- aamir’s dedication toward the movie is worth mentioning, he gained till 98kg of his body weight to play his role in village near ludhiana, picturisation and the story telling was so accurate and direct that it did not skip even a single point.
please watch it anyhow guys, if you have not yet watched it. you may not have liked sultan much, but dangal is completely different, which shows such a pure relation between a father and his daughter.
