After the successive failures of Sri Anjaneyam and Chakram, Krishna Vamsi tried something different with no songs, low budget and no lights in Danger and the result is a good thriller that somewhat thrills.The story is about 5 friends Karthik(Sairam), Satya(Naresh), Ali(Abhishek), Lakshmi(Swati)and Radhika) all are very very close friends.Lakshmi gets engaged and all of them set off to a party outside the city to celebrate.On the way the hit a Police Rakshak Vehicle.Instead of fleeing from the scene they go the party and the cops follow them.They find the car and they raid the party as it has no permission and they arrest some of their friends but these 5 escape in their car and on the way, the car gets stuck in a ditch and they get down for help.There they witness a Politician offering an infant as ’narabali’ to a goddess and the girls scream in fear.The goons notice them and ali records this whole murder in a camcorder and The goons start chasing them in order to grab the tape and kill them.--interval--Second Half--The 5 escape from the goons and land in the city.But they’re being chased here as well.Then they get involved in numerous dangerous situations and finally, they land up in a Shopping Mall along with the goons.Ali sends the murder clipping as mms to Karthik’s friends who got arrested and he handovers the tape to the goons.The goons destroy the tape and when they are about to kill the 5, a good cop(Ahuti Prasad)comes and rescues them and arrests the politician and the goons.-Movie Over-.
The movie is good but its bad in some parts, especially in the first half where the narration is slow.The first half is mostly filled with the introduction of the 5 and with the comedy of Brahmanandam.the movie gets paced up in the second half with car chases and good twists.The car chases are really good, especially with Brahmanandam and his car along with the 5 friends.Dialogues by Uttej are good.There are also some mistakes in this movie.Some of them I noticed are
1.Ali shoots the engagement in the camcorder and karthik sends the video to his mobile as an MMS via a PC.How can he send such a long video as an MMS?As far as I know only 100 kb data can be sent as an mms.He could have easily sent it via data cable.
2.In the climax Ali sends the murder clipping as an MMS to Karthik’s friends using a PC at the shopping mall.But the data cable of the camcorder is missing(which is shown in the first half at the engagement)Then how he could transmit the video into the pc?How does he know all their mobile numbers whom he first met only at the party?
