This review is about the Dario’s outlet in Poona Club. I haven’t been to the one in KP. Anything’s better than my experience at Dario’s PC so. no contest there. They mark all tables with best location as’Reserved’ even though no-one shows up to sit there.
The food here is either under-cooked or overcooked but always filled to brim with ajinomoto, basil and oregano. Every plate comes layered in finely chopped basil. Food Portions are for kids so order double. Nothing Italian about the food here. It looks and tastes like thick thai soup. Waiters forget what u ordered, and cook is unable to cater to 60% capacity full restaurant. The best part of the meal was the overcooked potato wedges ordered as side dish but came last. Meal comes only after regular reminders to the staff. Definitely overpriced, definitely lackadaisical service and worst place to eat Italian food. If Mouthshut had minus ratings, this place qualifies. This was my worst meal inn my recent trip to Pune.
