AWESOME!

Great movie this, very unusual, decent acting, no silly songs, and pretty good camera work.

Actually, the six different stories in the movie are short stories, linked (forcefully, admittedly) by the director by a common thread of friends telling them to each other. The six stories range from scary, to bizzare, to just plain crazy. You can either really like them for their weirdness, (which I did), or get turned off by the really strange themes in some of them. But I found them all extremely compelling viewing.

The storylines reminds me of the strange horror/suspense stories published by (not written by) Alfred Hitchcock. Hats of to the script writer (if indeed, he has not been ’’inspired’’ by any other stories)

I am going to try and not put spoilers in here, since every story has a surprise, and giving it away will spoil the film. Suffice to say, that the apples story is the weirdest, while the last one is the most ironical! Classic irony portrayed in the form of a suicidical Aftab who wants to be more than just a usual average guy, and who is given superpowers. The nature of his gifted supernatural power is really interesting. It makes for the stuff nightmares are made of, subtle, and scary.

Watch this movie, its more like a scary ’kathasagar’ rather than a continuous thread of a 2 hour movie. But each story is worth an entire movie (and a good movie too)
