I like Kamal for his passion to be different and provide better cinema. But he had fallen far short in this film mainly due to the indulgence of his personal thoughts against the people’s view points. Many a times in the movie he can be perceived as one who wish to put forward the ego alone. When you plan a big budget film involving crores of rupees and many people at stake we need to be really careful and its amazing to see such a senior cineama artist like Kamal failing in this aspect.
Half the characters are made just to fulfill the 10 avatar gimmick. If he cant weave a smooth story around 10 characters he better should not try it. Just for the sake of his 10 roles no human should let allow his thought process alone getting to our skin. The world knows how in disciplined he is in his personal life and when on comments he says he wish not be commented on personal life. In that context, how can he expect his view points on people personal side to be commented( in the existance of GOD). That is inhuman thinking. If he wishes to take people’s personal sentiments to his film he better be ready to be commented on his personal character
Overall this film is no way near to any accomplishment par the fact that one person’s ego had driven and consumed huge money and his another producer is upto loose his wealth one more time
