I purchased plot at "Aronia Valley" from Dasha home(Sold by agent Sachin). They have taken money and later just washed hand saying that land owner is not co-operating. Now they are marketing a new property Called " The HILLS".
They have not honored any commitment in Aronia Valley. They left the project without informing any one and now not taking calls. Now the Project is marketed as "Hasiru Valley".
Many like us have been duped by this company. Be very careful in dealing with them. From my personal experience, I will not suggest any one to deal with them.
