for that we are going to do tooo much work which makes our brain to shut like anything, no bro, we cant have any pfs there increment will be rare enough. with this you cant settle in your life, benefits are too less, more than we can have a company cab and canteen in our company for that too we are going to pay.
JOB SECURITY: if we are friendly with the HR/manager we can stay in this job for too long, if u r a person who have more attitude and too rude person u r not going to be hired there too long, for many of them it is a temporary job, and we can say for many it is the only job other because they have been rejected in many companies so finally they accept the job for less salary.
CAREER GROWTH: u cant think about career growth in this field, because promotions are limited, owners son or their relatives will take over the company, employees taken over are too rare, for many youngster who do this job keep on trying for their career development in some other ways, if they get hot they will quit and go there.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: every time employees will be in busy schedule and the free time will be too less, because they have targets if they not complete their target they will be fired so they lack rest and do work overtime even in weekends.
CEO RATING: I will say these type of companies cure the unemployment of youngsters, beyond all negatives many family run their lives on behalf of these companies. many get a minimum of salary with the help of this company. for many youngsters these companies are like their savoir. they cant give high salary, they cant afford their employees max benefits and job security, but they can give a hand in their step towards career. with the help of this salary and within this period we should upgrade our career, we have buried many of our talents while entering into degree, now its the time, make them alive in those period and achieve the best, and please be thankful to those who gave a hand to grow up.
