I shifted from Delhi to Jaipur. I had a very bad experience with this data company.
They first sent me a smaller truck after promising a bigger truck. They cramped my household goods into a small lorry in spite of repeated reminders about the safety of my goods. They finally damaged my dining table worth Rs 8000 which I noticed after reaching Jaipur.
They sent nobody to unpack the goods at Jaipur and the driver of the truck hired rickshawallahs to unload the items who just threw my luggage randomly into the house.
On top of all this I was surprised to see that I could claim any insurance on the dining table inspite of paying for insurance as they had entered the wrong bill number on the insurance policy.
These are just stupid careless people who disappear after taking your money.
