I have been having a terrible experience with this company(and it’s not over yet!). I booked a Ubislate 7+ on their website in March and lured by their "priority" delivery(which promised me that the delivery would happen the same month) I sent a advance payment of Rs. 2999.00 via cheque to the address that they provided me. I was supposed to get the delivery of the tablet within the same month which never happened. When I contacted them via email, all I got to know was the delivery was delayed and after waiting all through the month of April I was still expected to wait further for the delivery. Frustrated by the company’s attitude, I sent them a mail asking them to cancel my order and refund my money. While I received replies to all my mails till now, surprisingly, there was no reply to my mail when I asked for a refund. After several attempts I was forced to call to their supposedly toll free number and all the while it was a really bad experience. The phone would ring and no one would receive the call and if someone received it they would just not speak and hang up the call abruptly. After close to a 50 tries when I managed to talk to an executive she took down my details and told me the money would be transferred within 7 days to my account. I waited eagerly for 7 days and nothing happened. I tried contacting them via mail and phone and I didn’t receive and response. Till date I have been trying all possible methods(I also wrote a letter and couriered it to them) and I have not received any response from them.
When the experience before buying the product is so bad I wonder how it would be with the people who have bought their products. I have serious doubts about the product itself now.
All I wish for now is that my ordeal with them is over soon and that I never have to deal with cheats like them in the future.
