I purchased this tablet generally for enjoying games. As I saw it’s advertisement on internet describing very much about it but they said much more than what this tablet has.
I purchased it from the store about 10 kms from my home and when I faced problems I have to visit there which is at a large distance from my house.
I got some problems in using this Ubislate tablet.
Initially at the time of purchase when no external applications are downloaded only pre-installed apps are present in this smartphone. It working speed is overall fine and and it touch also gives quick response while working on it. I have also checked it’s speakers while purchasing, it was also working perfectly but the sound quality was not upto limit, but it was okay.
I downloaded and installed several useful applications which are useful for engineering studies and infotainment and also some games and videos apps for entertainment.
After installation I noticed that the tablet is hanging too much and games gets stopped in between while playing and gives an error message, Unfortunately, xxx has been stopped. I tried again after removing some apps but then also the problem continued. And I erased all data and factory reset my tablet then, it became as it was at the time of purchase but after installing only some apps it hangs too much. And it’s speaker is also not working properly, the sound quality is most probably very poor which cannot be heard by human ears. I visited seller for explaining my problems but he denied to help in these problems and suggest to visit service centre but after searching over internet and asking several knowledgeable person I get to know that there is no any service centre of Datawind in my city. I also tried to contact them but they didn’t send anyone for picking this product for repair. I experienced is very badly and recommend not to purchase it at any condition.Datawind is not a trustable brand. Even it’s battery life is very weak and not having any unique features.
