I had seen a advertisement about the datawind tab.it was offering with a cheaper price and with limited features.
I ordered one of it. It was of rs 3500/- and their delivery charge was rs 299/- . So I was happy to order that product. I got the order placed and confirmation ams on my mobile.
It was said to be delivered in 7 days. I am from odisha. They asked me what was the media to reach mine. I had told them about postal service.
It was 7 days I ordered. I call them. They said it will be take more 3 to 4 days . I said it’s okey then.
It was 12 days since I ordered. Again I call them. They said there are vast ordera. So there gonna be some more days. I said it’s okey.
It’s 20 days aince I have ordered. I was feeling horrible. I called them for last time. They said your product is stucked hyderabad. And as they said this so casually . I was out of my control.
Such a horrible and pathetic service providing. I just canelled the order and never thought twice to order that product.
Worst horrible pathetic and casual service providing.
Just hate ’datawind’ and their ’service’.
