David Rocco, a Canadian celebrity chef and Dolce India, is his journey through the traditional food path of Indian homes and food stalls.
Having no artificial scripts, this program would actually grabbed my attention by the ease of his conversation and charm. He travels through the outskirts and the cities of Mumabi , Varanasi and many other Indian places of historical origin.
His interaction with local people and interest in walking through and tasting and cooking Indian foods actually makes the show worth tuning in. Dolce India is the second leg of his show Dolce Vita which is also one of my favourite food travelling programs. Also his combination of Italian with Indian recipes makes it sweet enough to pass off as dolce. So the people who never caught his show..its time to give it a try and enjoy the journey with him.
