I had an extremely disappointing experience at this swimming class. The facility is unhygienic and dangerously slippery. The trainer is completely disinterested—he never even gets into the pool to train students properly. After just four classes, we were left to figure things out on our own.
The fee of ₹5, 000 is outrageously high for the poor service provided. Worse, the management is fraudulent. The owner, Praveen, is rude, and his wife, Sunanda, is extremely deceptive. They initially appear polite, but once you’ve paid, their true nature comes out. My friend and I were deceived—three of our classes were neither provided nor refunded. Despite multiple follow-ups, they never returned our money.
MI strongly advise against wasting your hard-earned money here. They are dishonest and exploit unsuspecting customers. Avoid this place at all costs!
