I joined this swimming pool in May. As instructed by the coach Shakila, I gave complete payment of around Rs. 4500 on first day itself for a 15 days course. She told me & others that these 15 days can be completed as per our convenience & there’s no time limit within which 15days course has to be completed.
As the pool was literally over-crowded with Kids & adults joining same time, the water was dirty too. Some unscrupulous guys girls also had joined who pulled my legs 3-4 times in the pool and when confronted said that it happenned by mistake. I got severe eye-infection within hours of this first day session. The infection was so bad that I was prescribed medicines & complete rest for a month. After that when I called up the pool, they said that pool is permanently closed in Royal concorde school branch.
I told them that I did only 1 day session & that too due to dirty water got acute eyes-infection. As am demanding my money back they started speaking in roudy way.
I asked them to give atleast partial payment back to me but they are openly resfusing to do that.
Complete frauds they are.
