We renewed our subscription for 15 more days after completing a camp of 15 days as our son needs to participate in a competition in another 2 weeks. They suddenly closed the pool after the second day of payment without even informing. When I called the number given in the palm plate, they gave careless answers. They asked me to check with the Royale Concord school reception but they dont have proper information either. Completely unprofessional. Now the Google says it’s closed permanently. We literally lost 4000 Rs. Should file a complaint against them.
