ICU Gastro
Admitted my mother Lalita Dutt from Jammu on 25 th October 2019.
We are still there.
Today is 1st November 2019.
Nursing staff (some nurses/ sisters) in Gastro ICU are absolutely raw and novices.
ICU must especially have
trained, soft spoken, nurses.
I am shocked to see nurses admister medicine without gloves!!!!
SHOCKING!!!!
Cleanliness in ICU is far far from wanting.
Talking aloud, calling out names of each other, the nurses make the ICU look like an open air healing place.
Gastro ICU of DMC Ludhiana really needs to be revamped with proper trained staff.
Entry to Gastro ICU is through the Emergency, which has all kinds of ailing people.
Carrying infection and germs cannot be ruled out.
We the attendants are with our shoes on, without proper sanitized coats!!!!
It’s not the culture here!!!
I have never ever seen nurses moving around with masks in this ICU.
People, administrators need to know what does an ICU mean.
Intensive Care is not at all the order in an ICU!?!? here in DMC.
