I have few bank accounts where all those bank credentials are saved in so many merchant sites ( meaning online) . So I felt this might be wrong of sharing all my bank credentials in Internet.
So I need to open an account where the transactions to be perform directly with bank or through ATM.
IMPORTANT News : So one day suddenly I was receiving the messages that my balance getting debited. Frequently 1k, 1k, . Four times and 2k one time.
Just a few seconds before getting debited. I received a message that my internet banking was logged in. I was shocked. And u transferred all my balance to the other bank account. Mean while the logging and transferring time that whole 6000/- balance got looted.
I raised a complaint. But I never get any resolution yet. It been more than a month.
Interesting part is I never used any internet banking also. I was always prefer to be use mobile application.
I hope they respond and solve my issue ??.
