First I want to make it clear that this bank is great but due to problems with verification i’m reviewing it. So I downloaded this app and then I did sign up and submitted all the informations required after then my id was created and when wanted to upgrade for DBS saving account it was asking for biometric verification ( fingerprint) with aadhar. It says to come to its branch or to any associated CAFE COFFEE DAY outlet and my city has more than 2 or 3 ccd outlets so I thought that it will work and when I contacted them they said that the verification service ain’t available in your area. You have to go Kolkata as it is the nearest city where the service is available. And just for verification its impossible for me to travel from Patna to Kolkata so bank should start the service in Patna and other minor towns
