I went for my 2 year major service at DD motors Peeragarhi. Mr Prashant was handling my service. First no one was interested in getting their Job card by Mr Prashant. But he came to me and I said OK to him. My car had just travelled 5000 Km in 1 year and nothing wrong with the car. He started to write any thing which he could charge me and made my estimate around 8 to 10 K for a service of car which is good. Then I asked him what are you doing 10 K for just a service. Its not a Skoda or a Honda City. He replied badly and said he doesnot work for SKoda and Maruti would charge this.
I came out of the car and asked another felow Supirvisor for general pricing of 2 year service of Dzire Petrol. Even he said its around 7 K. In just a minute 3 K was dropped. Even I thought that these guys would charge me for any product which is even not required and even wont be applied and I would have to pay for it. I decided to get my car serviced from another Genuine Maruti Workshop where I have paid just around 4200(half the amount).
Please dont visit such place for your paid services else you shall regret a lot.
