Refrain from buying from this company. We purchased the product through Amazon on 27th or 28th Feb 2018. The number given on their site was used to install the product.It worked fine till June 29th and stopped working. We shifted from Delhi to Ghaziabad and tried contacting the helpline. We co-ordinated with Amazon with no help as such. We were asked to send updated address on WhatsApp, which we did. Till date we aren’t getting any response. We are still unable to use the RO. It’s lying dead. My wife tries to call them everyday with no response. In 2-3 weeks if by mistake someone picks up the phone, they ask for WhatsApp messages only and never reacts on it.
I’m moving to Consumer Forum against the organisation. Pathetic service and once threatened my wife saying "do whatever you want we’ll not do anything".
Being a crime reporter myself, I’m not going to let these people go so easily.
Let’s not purchase the product from this organisation.
