I have contacted them numerous times via their "comment" tab, and also their tab for adding new names.
One of my comments concerned their "two new quizzes". I tried to do these quizzes, but the answer button fails to function. I have mentioned this several times to them, and havent even received one reply. The problem continues, so it obviously hasnt been addressed.
I have also mentioned numerous times the name of a living World War I veteran who is 109 years old, and suggested he be added to the list of people who lived to be 100. Again, no response, and no updating of that list with his name.
Most recently, I noticed in the list of people whove died within the last six months, the ommission of Ted Stevens name, the former Senator from Alaska who died in a plane crash just this month(August, 2010). I reminded them that his name needs to be added to that list. Again, no response, and his name still hasnt been included.
This makes me wonder whether or not anyone at this site bothers to read the comments they get, if they just get so many that they overlook them, or if they are simply ignoring me.
There has been only one time when anyone has answered, and that was when I queried them about the death of the Dutch lady who had helped Anne Frank and her family to hide away during Nazi occupation in WWII. I forget how to spell her name - its Dutch. She was listed among those folks who lived to be 100, and I had questioned her cause of death because it was different on the Find A Grave website than it was on this one.
They did answer me that one time, but have never responded to any of my other input, nor have they included any of the updated information I provided them.
Frankly, I think they should eliminate their "comments" tab, because it doesnt do any good to contact them about much of anything.
