Deal Ya No Deal(DYND) is a pathetic game show lauched by SONY TV. The Host Madhavan is very good and the structure or concept of the game show is also very good. But what is disgusting is that Sony TV is stooping very low to make the show popular. the concept of the show comes very close to gambling where you are taking your chances to get a fast buck. In a casino or gambling den you have to shell out a lot of money to make more money but in this show you can make a lot of money if luck is on your side. It can be understood if someone sheds a tear in a casino after losing a fat amount. Most people just laugh about it. But in this DYND people are crying buckets over some money they could not earn. Picture frames of Religious figures are brought in for effect. Televesion stars are roped in and they seem to be offering condolences. There no need for any general Knolwedge. I just fail to understand the need to weep and Madhavan continously offering condolences as if they just lost a near kin. It is high time Sony TV realises it is not mandatory for people to cry buckets in all reality shows especially when they have done nothing other than opening a few boxes. Sometime boxes are still being opened and unwarranted drama is being created even after the participant has decided to quit mid-way by accepting the offer of the bank. This is really pathetic. Wake up SONY TV, both Madhavan and the viewers deserve a far better deal than your DYND.
