Many years ago I broke and pulled the ligaments on both of my ankles and my left arm. After that when ever the weather was about to change I felt a bit of aching in those three places.
A year ago two of my older cousins started to have pains in every part of their body. The youngest is a man who was hurt in WW II and still has a gash with some fragments of the bomb that exploded near his leg.
They took everything their doctors recommended but the pain wouldnt stop. My eldest cousin, (shes 91), read about Lakota Cream. She started using it and two days later she was back taking her Yoga class and walking two miles a day.
She phoned our cousin, (who lives in Edmonton), and didnt go out of his house any more because he was ashamed of using a walker. After he heard what happened to her he sent his wife to get some capsules and a tube of cream. A week later he was walking again with a cane and he went to his grandsons Bar Mitzvah, (when a Jewish boy becomes 13 he goes through a ceremony to become a man), in Saskatoon Saskatchewan.
A few weeks ago my husband went to see our doctor because his hip had been hurting for a while. Our doctor told him that at our age the bones in our body wear down and to expect some aches and pains from time to time. He suggested he take an Tylenol every four hours and use a heating pad until the pain when away.
Last week I woke up in the middle of the night and my right leg was throbbing so much I had to get out of bed. I tried walking and I couldnt. I sat on the edge of the bed massaging my leg until my husband woke up. My ankles and wrist hurt but not as much as my leg. He had a cream that helped our son-in-law when his shoulder began to ache. It helped him but it didnt help me.
My husband carried me to the sofa, threw his sweat suit and drove to the drug store to buy me some Lakota Cream.
The Packaging
It comes in a dark brown box with a serena photo of a Sioux First Nation Chief. Inside the box is a tube that has 57 ml of cream. There was a paper inside the box telling you how to apply it and there was the same thing on the tube.
In Canada every item you buy is written in English and French so I read the English instructions and applied it.
What I Did
A little dab goes a long way. I could cover the back and front of my knee with one squirt. It has a bit of a mental scent that faded by the time I washed my hands.
I can use it four times a day but I have only had to use it twice a day to keep the pain away. It only took one day for the pain to leave my ankles and wrist. I believe I will be able to stop using it in the morning.
Who Made The Cream
The Lakota and Dakota live in Canada and are part of the First Nations People known as the Sioux.
They got together to help people who have arthritis. They have made creams, (thats what I use), capsules and roll-on medicine.
The Natural Ingredients
Glucosamine Sulfate, Glucosamine HCL, Boswellian Extract, Collagen Type 2, White Willow Bark Powder, Devil’s Claw Powder, Sasparilla Root Powder, Yucca Root Powder, Fever Few Leaf Powder, and Bromelain.
My husband bought my cream for$16.00 CAD at London Drug Store in Victoria. If you cant buy this product in a drug or grocery store, (Ive seen it at Safeway Market), you can buy it on line at:
