Mostly the problem I feel is we are afraid to go for check up if we feel symptoms. So first go if you feel any symptoms and check then take medicines properly it will help a lot to reduce risk.

Make sure you are isolated and monitor yourself regularly.
Dont be panic deal with confidence.
Please inform medical team if you have severe symptoms.
5.Do works through online, read books or do your hobbies when you are in isolation. Because if you are not doing anything means its make your mind depressed
Take care of your mind and also body.
