During this periods of pandemic Corona peoples need to be calm and follow the rules that government has issued. Social distancing is the only way to get rid of the Covid-19. Apart from those I would like to share some points that can be followed :
Drink Lukewarm water, dont drink cold or chilled water.
Do regular exercises and yoga to keep your immunity strong.
Eat healthy foods, and it is easy because of the lockdown no one is able to go or deliver junk foods .
Try to walk 5000 to 10000 steps if possible in the lobby or in the Corridor.
Wash your hands with soap rather than using a sanitizer ( if possible) .
Enjoy your lockdown time with your family.
