Do What You Fear And It Will Disappears.

I’am writing this based on my sown experience. Somewhere from my childhood I read this. I did experiment on this many times and after getting good result i’am going to tell you how to deal with fear. I think if you do this you will learn the specific technique to deal with any kind of fear. It may be fear of a person, fear of job, fear of health, fear to speak to anyone, fear of anything. You just ask yourself what you fears. Then I suggest you that you must have to do what you fears. "PUTTING THINGS OFF STRENGTHENS FEAR; ACTION ELIMINATES IT". Do the things you fear and fear will disappear. Afraid to discuss the problem with your boss? Discuss it. Nervous about applying for a job? Apply for it. Afraid to ask a person for a date? Ask for it. Here is an important fact: The longer you put off doing the unpleasant, the more unpleasant it becomes. The longer you delay asking for something associated with your job, the more reasons you will come up with for not asking. "DELAY ENLARGES YOUR FEAR; ACTION ELIMINATES IT".’FEAR ALWAYS SPRINGS FROM IGNORANCE’. Candidate who is unprepared because of ignorance. Incomplete and inadequate knowledge is a prime cause of fear. Preparation helps defeat fear. e.g A football coach helps defeat fear and builds team confidence through exhaustive preparation. "PREPARATION BUILDS CONFIDENCE ON JOB INTERVIEWS".


If you are well prepared for your job interview then and only then you will get enough confidence to face the interviewer and your fear of interview will disappear. In any activity, confidence comes in direct proportion to preparation. Also you can use your eyes as a tool to face fear. Your eyes can help you in two ways: First looking other people in the eye says to them, ’I am confident’, ’I am a winner’, ’I know what I am doing’. If you are a timid person, there is only one way to get the eye-contact habit. Practice looking people in the eyes until it is second nature. Remember your ayes are a picture of your soul. So practice all of the above mentioned tricks, tips in order to get rid of fear. Common you can do this!
