I am back again after a long gap of 6 months, when I was away for some personal reasons. As most of the people have felt, I prefer to write or communite on health topics, this is also on careful use of computer mouse for preventing you from eye problems, hypertension or neuro problems.
I was shocked to note when one of my senior coullegue informed me that he is going to buy a system for his 3 years old son. This reminded me of vast use of computers by all aged people right from 3 to 80 years old, without thinking of neuro health hazards.
Perhaps no one ever thought of using anti glare glasses for computer screen or specs or thought of wirst pain which is going a severe neuro problem in future, which may make you mentally restrained to use computer.
Many computer users may have felt pain in their wrist when using mouse .If you are using mouse in wrong way, be alert, this may cause you a disease called Repetitive Strain Injury. This may damage your tissues and burning in your nervous system. Lack of skin sensitivity, weakness and pain are the primary symptoms. If you don’t take proper care, this may in future make a connection in your brain cells and your palm and finger actions on mouse. You will yourself feel and may rather be afraid of using mouse for pain.
So dear ones, this was a problem but some of the remedies may help you all as under
1.If possible, better use computer keys instead of mouse.
- Do not double click by programming your computer.
3.Size of the mouse should also be according to your palm and forefinger.
4.You may wear wrist band to protect unnecessary pressure but it should not to be so tight that your blood circulation may be irregular and strenuous.
5.stretching exercises of your wrist and arms may help.
6 And finally but not last, better take some rest after every 15 minutes and move away from your system, to protect your self for rest.
Finally if you in the later or at any stage feel stretch and pain in your palm, wrist and arm, better rush to neurologist as this is a medical case for neurologist.
