We all are often attracted a great deal by the umpteen number of offers we come across. It is only after getting a hole in our pockets we realize that these offers are mere illusions. It only results in we spending more than required. Inspite of going through every possible experience its an Herculean task for me to stop myself from availing an offer.
On MouthShut_Official.com I came across an advertisement of the site Dealivore.com. The site mentioned a few cities in India and also a few deals that left me jaw dropped! Authenticity of a website has always been an issue, so my decision to invest in it took a lot of thinking. I registered myself on the site. I was asked to leave my mobile number for sms updates and email address for mails. The mails and messages kept pouring in and one fine day I came across a deal that was irresistible. It was from a restaurant I always wanted to try. What’s better than trying it at a cheap rate? I decided to give it a shot.
I logged in to the site and read everything in detail, right from How it Works to FAQ. Then I decided to click Buy now. I was relived to find two options under the mode of payment. One was Cash on delivery and the second was Online. Keeping all my doubts intact, I clicked on Cash on Delivery. It was clearly stated that I’ll be getting a call from them between 10am and 7pm.
Within the next 4 hours I got a call from their support team. An agent explained in detail how it works.
He gave me Two Options...
1) If you want the coupons at your door step... pay the full amount with Rs.20 extra (delivery charges) per person.
OR
2) To pay 30rs of the total amount (Amount can vary) mentioned in the deal through credit/debit card. Remaining amount can be paid directly to the dealer... The coupons will be mailed and you need 2 carry the print outs... (in this option u wont b paying any extra charges)
I believe in saving, so I decided to opt for the second option. Spending 30 bucks wasn’t a big risk. Even if I am deceived it gives me the scope to review the site! After mentioning all my detailed, I made the payment of Rs.30 and immediately the coupons were mailed to me.
I got the print outs done and took it to the restaurant and to my surprise it worked…! :P The details of what is offered is clearly mentioned on the deal so you know what you are paying for.
Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi/NCR, Chennai, Kolkatta are a few cities which can benefit a great deal from these offers. Make sure you get the coupons before the deal expires. The coupons validity will be mentioned on it.
This site is a very useful one and helps us save our hard earned money conveniently.
This review is for everyone who is in second thoughts before availing an offer. Just register yourself and keep a track of the offer in your city. You’ll be amused the way I am ! :)
