I purchased Blackberry 8830 World Edition phone from this website and thought the shopping experience will be as good as flipkart. It has been two weeks since I have ordered the product and I have no idea when and if it will be delivered. Whenever I call their customer service they read their script and say within 21 working days. I think this is hell lot of time for delivery of a product. Their customer service reps don’t have any idea about the status of the product delivery. I am keeping my fingers crossed and wishing that that the phone is delivered without any issues. Certainly will update on this.
I finally received this phone in october, The phone is working is fine till now. I had to write emails to CEO of this company, Gaurav Kachru and then only I could receive the product. The customer service reps had no clue about the status of delivery and were always reading from their records which didn’t help. Everything is fine but the headset is faulty. One thing is for sure I will not shop on this website again and will not recommend to others as well.
