I purchased two coupons from dealsandyou for a day long retreat(Order no. 96293). The vendor was not able to honor them completely and assured me that dealsandyou would give me a partial refund.
It’s been 2 months since that and i’ve written to them multiple times as well as called them up multiple times but I keep getting a response saying they’re looking into the matter and nothing else after that. I suggest we register a complaint in the consumer court together.
