As a regular online customer, I am convinced that a service like deals and you should not exist. The information on their website is all misleading and after purchase when you ask them about it - their response is ask the vendor.
Simple example - a spa deal that is valid on all weekdays. When I ask the vendor, their response is valid only Mon- Wed. Now are Thursday and Friday not weekdays? When I contact Deals and you their response is "Weekdays are what the vendor defines it as"! Now isn’t this misleading the customer?
Very disappointed.
