I ordered two coupons of "Bring back the wow factor! beauty care services at your doorstep" from deals and you on 22 nd Jan 2012. With order no. 377026 and 377877. Then I contacted on the number provided on the website for prior appointment. The lady who took the appointments said she is too much busy so I should send her a SMS with my address details and contact number and she will give me the time as per there availability. I did send her my address details on 26th Jan 2012, but did not received any reply from her till date(09 th Jan 2012). And the deal is going to expire on 28th Jan 2012.
So I think it’s their strategy to earn money from costumers without providing service. If we are ordering the product then we must have privilege to decide the date of taking service. Because If they are not able to full fill all the orders they should put the limits on the number of coupons to be sale.
This is my first and worst experience with "dealsandyou" .
Never ever buy any such products from this site.
