Deals&You should be dragged to consumer court

To give them even a single STAR is an insult of the star. They can be rated below poor if they have it as a rating. Take time to read the mails exchanged between me and their bloody customer care department. After these mails, I feel like these people should definitely be dragged to the consumer court. Below is a series of mails and i’m sure anybody who goes through these mails will NEVER EVER SHOP FROM DEALS AND YOU. Their delivery time is also pathetic, more than they commit.

Below is the message I sent yesterday that seems to have bounced your inbox. Probably it did not accept the attachment and hence I’m not attaching the screenshot(I was asked by the support rep to send a screenshot):


"I’m mailing after talking to a customer support rep. I received a Rs. 250 discount coupon with my previous package(Nokia BH-503 bluetooth headset), which had a promotional code(valid till September 01, 2011, on a minimum purchase of Rs. 500). Now when I try to redeem that discount, it says the code is invalid(DnY012). Attached is a screenshot of what I get as soon as I enter the code. Please reactivate the code on an urgent basis so that I don’t miss the deal I’m trying to avail, which is a Combo pack of Belmonte watches."*

What the hell! Why don’t you guys go through the chain of mails? I’ve told you i’m unable to send the screenshot as every time I send the screenshot as attachment, the mail doesn’t reach your inbox. this has happened twice. Should I consider that you are not interested in letting me avail the discount that I actually purchased in the form of a product from your site? Pathetic customer service.

Again the same "templated" reply Anshul. Will I ever get a reply from your "appropriate department"? It has been 15 days now that I have been waiting for the resolution of this problem and this is the 7th mail from my side, which is making me impatient now. It is not about Rs. 250 but it is about the system which I’m unwilling to accept. Please STOP making a fool out of your customers. Please don’t forget that it is because of your customers that Deals and You exists. Internet is a very good medium to publicize or CRITICIZE ANY company and I have access to the internet 24x7.
