I have placed a order(Order No-373565 placed on 19th January 2012) of Philips Speaker SPA5210 paying Rs. 1699.00 on DEALSANDYOU.COM. today is 15th Feb 2012, almost 28 days has gone but my product has not been delivered and when I tried to contact customer care executive, I was surprised by the irresponsible answer as I called them to know the status of the delivery but surprisingly they belong to the company and they even don’t know the exact status, they told me that the deadline of the product delivery is 21 days which comes to 22nd feb, (according to me total days comes to 35 days) till then I have to wait and in case if then too I don’t receive my goods, then I am free to lodge a complain which you people will interested to solve in another 21 days time.
This company is fraud & cheat, please think twice before placing any order on this website.
