We people buy something online to save time and get quality product on time. But dealsandyou.com is completely otherwise. I guess they believe in harassing customers. I placed my order#768818 on 13th Aug 2012, but till time I have not received. The funny part is that even their customer care does not have any status, they just ask wait for 21 days excluding weekend and holidays, means 1 complete month. DISGUSTING.
I am not worried that I haven’t received the item purchased or my money is wasted. But what wonders me, is that how in today’s e-commerce scenario, dealsandyou.com can sustain with such a pathetic attitude towards customer orders.There are many other wonderful and efficient websites around and they promise to ship the item on purchase date itself and they do. I have perosnally received the orders in less than 24 hours of placement shipped from Southern part of India to Delhi.
