I bought a deal from Deals and You. When I called up the merchant they said they are yet to receive our coupon code or order number from ’deals and you’. I called up every day after that for some four or five days and got the same reply. Mail to the deals website was not replied. Neither did they pick up the phone. Terribly disappointed that they cheat like this.
Some of my friends coupon got accepted and some of them got rejected and again they did not reply for those that got rejected. The deals are very very unreliable and the customer support even more terrible. Its better to use other websites than trust this one.
You know what is worse, they are now sending deals to my mobile everyday after I had to give my phone number to them for buying that deal.
