I have order for Giordano travel set & haven’t received it from dealsandyou for over 45 days now. It was assured within 21 working days. I received a email 2 weeks back that the product
is shipped but I have’t received it yet. I understand that there could be delays but there is simply zero followup to my quieries on their helpline number. Nobody is bothered .. other then me .. as I have paid in advance. Already called them several times in last 3 weeks. Feel like begging for the product to be delivered.
The company which is part of fashionandyou ( harish bahl) is taking people for a ride. I wonder if fashionandyou delivers products. With branded international products .. I wonder the customers** of theses products would bear such shabby/ unprofessional service.
Maybe fashionandyou makes purchases after they recieve ALL orders & in case they don’t get good bargain .. they keep customers** on hold. ( Customer has paid .. so chalta hai !).
Will write more about my experience as m in process of a long argument .. with a call center bot ( don’t call them rep).
