Very Bad service and a bad place to shop

I recently made a purchase on dealsandyou and very upset with the way they handled the situation. I have done plenty of online payments and purchases as I extensively use my credit card and anytime I wish to cancel my transaction, on requesting the vendor I always get my order cancelled and my refund done, I have been pretty happy with most of the online vendors. But recently I happened to pick up a blackberry and I wanted to cancel the order the very next day as I did not get good reviews about the product hence I approached them for a cancellation and below mentioned is the mail I received from them…

This is certainly not a way to handle customers. Should I not get my order refunded I would certainly take help of all my social media contacts to put my message through.
