I placed my order with dealsandyou.com on 29th august .quiried about my order at least after 10 days of non delivery/ non shipment & got the answer from their CC that I should wait for 21 working days .
called up after 1 month of order for the answer that they can not ship my order because of bad quality products(to be noted ."Phillips" providing them bad quality products WTH! .)/ no inventory - 2 CCE 2 answers .& they will send my money refund in 15 working days .
21 working days= approx 1 month
again 15 working days= approx 20 days
more than 1.5 month time & 4-5 phone calls 5-6 emails time totally waste .& m not even getting any interest on my money.let’s see if I get my refund or these losers would like to keep it too .
definitely don’t fall for Dealsandyou.com .go for any other deals site i’ve tried many & never faced such issues ever .
- can’t track shipment online
- 21 working days shipping time(wake up guys, it’s not stone age)
- non delivery because of no inventory?(didn’t u know at the time of receiving orders?)
- bad quality or faulty products - come on guys don’t blame a name like Phillips for your faults
in short won’t recommend Dealsandyou.com to anyone . spread the word readers!
