Incase dealsandyou is the last website on this earth that you need to shop from, its best that you dont shop from here. These guys are really pathetic. None of the calls are answered, and customer service is absolutely 000000000000....
Had placed an order for my BB on the 15th of April. Its over 21 working days now (Their website states guranteed delivery in 21 working days) and I have still not received my phone. The website is so pathetic that you cannot track your order and the call centre guys are not in a position to help you. Basically, its you money stuck with them for a long period, with you hoping to receive your product. Have also heard that the pieces are faulty. Will have to wait till I get mine (God knows when).
I would rather go to Ebay and place my orders. Its better than going to a cheap website like this to save money and then spend more in calls, chase-ups etc ....
I hope I have some of your money by saving you from this misery.
